As a Lending Client Services Officer you will be part of a close-knit and supportive team with a focus on innovation and collaboration. You will be supporting our Lending Advisers by doing a variety of compliance and administrative tasks to ensure our clients are well taken care of.

**What will your typical week look like?**

You will provide support and complete both compliance and administrative tasks, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently. We focus on looking after our clients and our people.
- Assist with administration tasks including file, maintaining client records and data entry
- You will support the Lending Advisors within our Lending team to provide a timely and positive experience for our clients

**Let’s talk about you**

You are someone with..
- Administration experience with strong attention to detail (preferred)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Competency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Lending/Banking experience is preferred but not essential
