Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Wonder Education Group out of its initial start-up phase and into sustainable rapid growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch educational services for students and their families. The CEO will set the company's strategic direction, oversee operations, ensure quality control, and drive financial performance. We expect you to be a forward-thinking leader passionate about early childhood education with a proven track record of achieving long-term business growth.

General Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the group's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Lead long-term planning and ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement while promoting the group's childhood learning philosophy.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective management of resources and staff.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and educational standards.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.

3. Educational Leadership:

- Ensure the highest standards for teachers, students and learning outcomes.
- Promote professional development and support for teachers and administrative staff.
- Foster a culture of welcoming and openness that bolsters team morale, job satisfaction, and professional efficiencies.

4. Community Relations:

- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, educational regulators, parents, and the local community.
- Represent the group in public forums and educational conferences.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to uphold transparency, reputation, and trust.

5. Governance and Compliance:

- Uphold legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the board of directors to communicate organizational performance expectations and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the group's interests.
- Ensure that all campuses meet and exceed safety regulations.

6. Innovation and Technology:

- Promote the integration of technology in educational practices and administration.
- Encourage innovative teaching methods and the adoption of new educational technologies.
- Stay current on educational trends and advancements to keep the group competitive and forward-thinking.

7. Performance Management:

- Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPls) for administrators, faculty and staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of management and administrative teams, faculty and

staff.

8. Civic and Cultural Engagement:

- Promote the group's values and culture both internally and externally.
- Engage with the local community to foster partnerships and joint initiatives.
- Support extracurricular and community-based programs that enhance student learning experiences.
- Build positive and constructive relations with parents, teachers, and the community through regular communication, campus-hosted activities, and public events.

9. Sustainability and Growth:

- Identify opportunities for expansion through mergers, acquisitions, and franchising.
- Guarantee the enduring feasibility and sustainability of the group's business model. Key Performance Indicators:
1. Financial Performance:

- Revenue growth measured by annual percentage increases.
- Net profit margin and EBITDA.
- Adherence to budget and cost controls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $180,000.00 - $226,385.22 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
