**About Us**:
The Recruitment Services branch within People and Workplace Services provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices. Working within the department's vision for a justice and community safety system that works together to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria, Recruitment Services delivers consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions.
The Recruitment Operations Officer reports to the Assistant Manager, Recruitment Operations, with day-to-day supervision and support provided by the Senior Recruitment Operations Officer.

**About the Role**:

- Maintain and facilitate systems and processes pertaining to recruitment delivery, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Provide administrative and stakeholder support to a large Government Department
- Provide authoritative and accurate and timely advice on recruitment policies, processes, and best practice recruitment methods.

**About You**:

- Experience in providing administrative support and customer service, ideally within a large or complex organisation, and in working with sensitive and confidential information
- The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with high-volume processing activity
- A strong team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate and adapt to changing priorities.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:

Therefore, there is a requirement that all DJCS employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to undertake duties outside of their homes.
At interview stage and prior to commencement of employment with the department, you will need to provide evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 with three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

- COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
