About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will actively collaborate with our seasoned lead agent, playing a vital role in facilitating property sales. Your responsibilities will encompass nurturing leads and buyers, managing databases, and fostering enduring client relationships founded on an exceptional communication strategy that surpasses customer expectations.

**What you will be doing to start off**:

- Cultivating leads and nurturing buyers
- Efficiently managing databases
- Coordinating open home schedules with vendors and tenants
- Assisting with open inspections and private appointments
- Managing and attending pre-settlement inspections and photo shoots
- Participating in regular skill and systems training sessions as part of our comprehensive pathway training program

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and ethical approach to interpersonal interactions
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, meeting sales targets within set deadlines
- Possession of a current Certificate of Registration; Full Estate Agents License (desirable)
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with real estate programs
- Impeccable presentation
