**Job Description**:
Nine Entertainment is seeking a Podcast Producer for their new 9Podcast Team based in Pyrmont, Sydney.

The successful applicant will have experience in producing, scripting and editing a ground-breaking original podcast production.

You will have audio content creation experience with a passion for storytelling across multiple genres such as news, sport, lifestyle and entertainment.

You will have the ability to juggle various projects at the same time while delivering high-quality productions within tight deadlines. You will also be someone that is interested in a generalist role where you will have a diverse range of responsibilities.

Day to day you will:

- Participate in editorial planning and development of each show with Nine’s Digital Audio team.
- Podcast episode planning and scripting.
- Manage podcast recordings including guest bookings.
- Manage podcast platform hosting.

**Qualifications**:
As a Sports Podcast Producer for Nine, you will work with a range of exciting and diverse brands, stakeholders, clients and talent. You will contribute to the rapid growth of this team by being a proactive team player with the ability to handle a fast paced environment. You will not only be technically skilled, but also will have had experience in producing before too.

*Of note is that this role will have a focus on sports as one of it's main topics but it will also cover other areas too.*

What we would like to see on your resume:
Essential:

- _Minimum of three years experience in podcasting or broadcasting._
- _Excellent time management skills - managing multiple shows at once._
- _Strong teamwork and communication skills._
- _Basic audio and video editing capabilities._

Desirable:

- _Audio content creation experience in either News, Sport, Lifestyle or Entertainment._
- _An understanding of the role social media plays in podcast discovery._
