**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Social Media Manager**:
The Social Media Manager partners with the Senior Manager, Brand, Service & Editorial to execute all social media for Paramount+ covering a broad range of disciplines including paid (boosted) and organic, influencer marketing and campaigns to drive awareness and intent amongst new audiences, grow brand affinity, build community, and drive retention amongst subscribers.

**Functions will also include**:
Planning and managing all BAU social activities including cross-departmental asset trafficking, localisation and approvals

Building and managing relationships with influencers and content creators
Managing audience insights and analysis

What are we looking for in a Social Media Manager? What’s important?

At least 5 years of experience producing custom organic social content, managing brand social accounts and executing social media strategies with at least 2 of those years working with influencers/content creators

Deep understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and nuances of the end-user experience on each

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a stickler for grammar and meticulous with spelling

An eye for creative content both written and visual

The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details, along with the flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery

Highly developed organisational skills

Ability to build great working relationships and take direction

A passion for sport, entertainment and pop culture

Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (marketing/communications etc) highly regarded
