About the role

The Retail Sales Performance & Efficiency Analyst will manage processes, data and reporting to leverage the capability of the WFM system to maximise efficiencies. You will play a key role in support our retail team providing valuable insights and identifying opportunities where we can grow and improve. You will be responsible for analysing rostering against budget, wage efficiency to target for our national portfolio and accurate sales reporting and target analysis. This is a part-time role, available up to 5 days per fortnight, or 2-3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include
- Reviewing wage efficiency to target and analysing and reporting on spend and hours
- Identifying trends in wage spend and devising and implementing strategies to ensure we maximise performance to achieve targets
- Identifying opportunities and providing recommendations to build capability in the field of wage management
- Supporting the retail team in timely and accurate reporting on sales targets
- Supporting the Finance team in sales forecasts as required
- Generating retail sales targets to align with operations costs, growth and strategy
- Uploading the daily sales targets into the system

**Profile**:
You will have a financial degree or qualification and advantageous if you have experience working in the retail industry, or a customer-centric organisation. You will have intermediate excel skills and be experienced in reporting and analytics. You will have excellent communication and the ability multi-task and manage competing priorities. Your commercial mindset will assist you with your decision-making skills. You are results oriented and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
