We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Trade Manager to join the Retail team at Lorna Jane HQ office, located in Eagle Farm.

About the role
Leading a team of Trade Performance Specialist, the Retail Trade Manager is responsible for influencing national revenue through training and community, fostering brand and product education across the Lorna Jane retail business.

You Will
- Lead and mentor a team of Trade Performance Specialists responsible for monitoring and analysing trade performance metrics to drive national sales.
- Develop and implement training programs for retail team to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure that retail team are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events to drive brand awareness, attract new customers and increase sales.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop promotional strategies for events and community initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and organisations to foster brand loyalty and support.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth within retail.
- Film weekly training focus videos and content for team retail.
- Create and integrate a national community event plan.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.
- Collaborate with Trade Performance Specialists to develop and implement strategies to address performance gaps and optimize trade performance.

About You
- Previous experience as a Regional/Area or State Manager in retail
- A focus on training and development, event planning, and community engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
