Position Summary
As a Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll drive a sales culture that embodies PUMA’s values and spirit. You’ll be on the front lines—engaging with customers, coaching a high-performing team, and helping ensure our store meets and surpasses targets. Your mission? To deliver an exceptional customer experience and help make PUMA the go-to brand for sports enthusiasts.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Results: Support the store in achieving sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Lead by Example: Spend most of your time on the sales floor, interacting with customers and mentoring your team.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued and excited about their purchase.
- Develop Talent: Assist in training and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Protect the Brand: Support Loss Prevention and Operational compliance to ensure a safe, secure store.
- Merchandise Excellence: Keep the store visually appealing and identify opportunities to optimize displays.
- Flexibility: Be available for non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
