Accounts Receivable Lead

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Residential Lead to guide and support our AR team, ensuring smooth operations and meaningful outcomes. In this role, you’ll champion process improvements, foster team growth, and build strong relationships across the business — all while helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience and live our values every day.

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar commercial environment
- Understanding of the telco industry
- Skilled in navigating complex conversations and building trust at all levels
- Strong organisational, administrative, and procedural capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Solve problems with a calm and thoughtful approach
- Work on one's own and collaboratively
- Learn quickly and adapt to change

- Support and guide Accounts Receivable Officers, fostering growth and achievement
- Own and enhance AR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare aged debtor reports and support monthly write-off approvals
- Monitor collection trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and exercise sound judgement
- Manage day-to-day AR activities with care and precision
- Act as a trusted escalation point for complex account issues
- Provide support across AR tasks and contribute to a positive team culture
