To support this journey, an opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to join our People & Culture team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing change management plans that maximise employee adoption of People & Culture system implementation projects and change initiatives. We want someone who has done this before or can demonstrate how their experience will help lead the system change for our team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating comprehensive change management plans for each project or change initiative and then developing the resources that put these plans into action.
- Developing the change messages and communications plans, stakeholder plans to support the new HRIS.
- Working collaboratively with Mercy Community’s Project team to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Working with the People & Culture Group to support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
- Creating and managing the input, collation and output of the change management reporting systems for delegated projects.
- Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics, and reporting to the General Manager People & Culture and project stakeholders on monitoring change progress and reporting of issues or roadblocks.
- Consulting and coaching project teams on change management.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will hold tertiary qualification/certifications in Organisational Change Management or equivalent work experience. You will understand key change management principles, techniques and tools, and have proven experience working with leadership in delivering HRIS change projects. This role will suit someone who can develop trusted and influential relationships with stakeholders.

You will have strong negotiation, facilitation, consultation, and communication skills to guide others to move toward a common vision or goal. Your ability to prioritise workloads, deal with competing priorities, and work collaboratively will be key to your success
