**How will I help?**

As the Manager, Financial Crime you will provide 1LOD specialist support and capabilities in relation to Financial Crime risk across Consumer & Business Bank.

As part of the Financial Crime COE in the Business Controls Risk Management and Monitoring team, you will support and enable financial crime risk management effectiveness and uplift in the Consumer & Business Bank Division.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Working closely with the frontline across the business in developing and/or strengthening controls to drive awareness of the criticality of financial crime specifically as it relates to Financial Crime assessments.
- Supporting the business to drive a strong risk culture and awareness in day-to-day business decisions and business strategic initiatives through the provision of advice and expertise as it relates to Financial Crime assessments.
- Drive understanding and compliance with relevant organisational policies and procedures, supporting the business in effectively and accurately assessing and managing its Financial Crime risks

**What do I need?**

An understanding of AML/CTF and other financial crime legislation and operational requirements and of relevant Divisional product and process, systems and policies is preferable.

Your experience in building and effectively managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior business stakeholders, coupled with relevant professional or business qualifications, will see you succeed in this role.
