The foundation has been laid and we are seeking a Financial Crimes expert who is willing to maintain current operations while at the same time participate in the development of operational maturity to support business growth.
This is a hands-on role where you are responsible for managing the Fraud and AML CTF program, including merchant due diligence reviews and approvals, dispute management and resolution activities for Azupay merchants, and transaction monitoring and reporting while participating in developing and implementing next phase of risk controls, operational procedures and reporting for our innovative payments products as they are released.
As a key member of the Risk & Compliance team, you will be involved in risk and compliance activities and helping to build the risk culture within the organisation as well as providing analysis and advice to the business on financial crime matters.
About you
- 8+ years of relevant experience working within fraud / financial crime
- Experience with payments, payment dispute management, merchant due diligence, fraud and AML CTF compliance, transaction monitoring and reporting to regulators
- Knowledge of financial crime compliance and legislation
- Excellent communications and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of operational risk and mitigation approaches
- Risk based decision making approach
- Willingness to manage day to day activities as well as identifying improvements in processes and procedures
- Able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
