A great opportunity as a Collections Team Leader has recently become available due to immense business growth in a collections agency based in Rockdale area. They are looking to expand their supportive and successful team with the addition of an experienced Team Leader.

The role is a combination of team management, problem solving and upholding procedures. The day to day duties are as follows:

- Managing a small team of debt collectors
- Resolving customer queries
- Driving the team to meet KPIs
- Regularly report development to track results
- Assisting the collectors team with their roles
