About the Role
Lead your team to success and help customers BBQ better As a Store Manager, you’ll own every aspect of running your store—from sales to training and everything in between. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring the heat, leading by example, mentoring their team, and making sure every customer walks out with the perfect BBQ experience.
**In this role, you’ll**:
Drive sales and customer satisfaction, hitting goals that make your store shine.
Develop your team, helping them grow and reach their full potential.
Ensure your store is looking top-notch, from the BBQs on display to the cleanliness of the store.
Manage inventory, keeping products stocked and losses low.
Work with your team on the floor, from serving customers to merchandising products.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new ideas to make the store even better.
What We Need from You
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop your team.
Excellent communication skills to create a collaborative and positive work culture.
A passion for BBQs and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
