**About the role**

**_ We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our fuel site in Logan Village._**

You will need to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your team.

**_ Petrol and Convenience experience will be highly regarded_**.

The Store Manager Role will include recruiting and training staff, completing a range of retail management responsibilities such as ordering, rosters and maintaining the OH&S standards in the store.

The role is physical in nature, so you will need to enjoy hands-on work, be able to meet deadlines, maintain exceptional retail standards and provide outstanding customer service while working autonomously.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD HAVE**:

- Prior experience in retail (**Fuel site experience will be highly regarded)**:

- Proven customer service skills
- A can-do attitude
- Relevant working rights
- Reliable transport
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business including some weekends and nights
- Fluent English both verbal and written
- Clean and Presentable
- Enthusiastic
- Ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Ability to Multi-task in a busy environment
