Room Leader

Pakenham Twinklekids Early Learning Centre is a 90-place long day care and kindergarten program, that has been servicing Pakenham's needs for more than 10 years. We are a growing service that can offer a variety of positions to keen Educators with outstanding skills.

Our family-owned Centre is supported by a Centre Director and a management company, so you will have extended professional support in your quest to excel in your position. Our team are passionate about what they do and provides a respectful, caring and supportive environment for the children, their families and each other.

We are looking for a full-time **Room Leader**to start as soon as possible.

**Role Requirements**:

- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Two references relating to your experience working with children.
- Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions on hours)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or a higher education qualification

Pay: $73,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Cert 3 of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher (required)
