At **Eden Academy Pakenham**, we operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm. We offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 110 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About you;**
- You’re an experienced Educational Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You designs thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Diploma**in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Previous experience in an **Educational Leader role,** highly desirable
- Ability to confidently support the centre and prepare for assessment and rating
- Leadership skills to give clear directions and mentor the team
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards, particularly around programming
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
