Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service? We're expanding our team and looking for a reliable and skilled Sales Team Leader to manage a dedicated group of professionals. This role requires someone with strong phone manners, the ability to handle customer complaints effectively, and a knack for resolving issues promptly.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills.

**Customer Service**:

- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

**Communication Management**:

- Ensure effective communication within the team and with customers.

**Complaint Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Implement strategies to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with the team to find effective resolutions.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prioritize and multi-task duties effectively.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
