An amazing and rare opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and people focused Optical Dispenser with Leadership experience to join the Laubman & Pank Franchise family at Capalaba.

You'll oversee sales, service and professional areas including operational management, so you can expect a role that will challenge you as well as develop you. You'll lead by example and be able to enthuse and inspire your team to go the extra mile whilst having some fun along the way.

You'll be commercially minded with experience as a sales creator. You will be as passionate about truly influential customer service as we are, matching legendary brands and the worlds best lens products to peoples needs.

You will have a high level of technical optical knowledge skills that include fitting, repairing and measuring. You understand comprehensive billing procedures for Private Health Fund benefits. Familiarity with Lumi and Focus POS systems is a big plus too.

As a full time role, regular Saturday and late night Thursday hours are required, with flexibility for rotating rosters to suit individual needs.

We have an established expert team with tenure and stability, with long term Optometrists and the advantage of working directly with the passionate owners regularly to help you grow ideas and develop different approaches.

Base salary is commensurate with experience and is above the market rate.

Uncapped bonus can be earned for each week against sales targets and monthly achievement also carries extra incentive.

There are also generous staff product allowances and Family & Friends discounts.
