**The Role**

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Development, management and continuous review of our Cyber Security strategy, framework, solutions and systems in alignment with organisational goals
- Manage Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as ISO27001, ACSC Essential 8, ASD ISM
- Oversee Cyber Security training and awareness programs for employees to promote best practice security awareness
- Ensure that technology deliverables meet strategic goals, cyber and technology standards and guidelines

**About You**

As Cyber Security Manager at Sarah Group, you will become part of a high-performing team culture that thrives on continuous improvement. We are looking for highly organised individuals with strong attention to detail and exposure to industry standard security frameworks.
- Tertiary qualification in information security, computer science, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in defining, developing and reviewing cyber security, risk, compliance and governance policies
- Industry certification and relevant cyber security experience (CISSP, CISM, SSCP, GIAC)
- Proven record of accomplishment in security policy and framework implementation
- Experience in developing close working relationships with executive and management teams
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
