**The role**:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced ECT to join our team and lead the preschool program

As the room leader, you will use your experience and knowledge to provide high quality educational programs and learning environments to our children to help them reach their full potential.

You will work closely with the leadership team to create a high-quality centre by fostering a sense of belonging for children and their families and keeping families connected and a part of their child's development and learning.

**About You**:

- Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor or Masters of Education (Early Childhood)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and national Quality Standard
- Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
- Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
- Demonstrated experience providing high quality educational programs and learning environments in a preschool based setting.
