As a Full Time Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your friendly and outgoing personality combined with your strong communication skills will ensure that our visitors leave with a smile on their face.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeaner.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about the venues attractions, schedules, and promotions.
- Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
- Assisting in crowd control and customer flow management during peak times.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas, including queues, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Handling cash and operating the point of sale system with accuracy, inline with our policies and procedures.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skillset.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn above all.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, nights, and varied shifts according to our operating hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25kg when required.
