**What should you have?**
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Possess a Community Services or Individual support-related qualification at a Diploma level or higher.
- Have at least three years of recent industry experience in Individual Support, Community Services, or a similar field.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering training to international students within an RTO setting.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire learners
- Adaptable and flexible approach to training delivery

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
