We’re on the lookout for an **experienced and passionate Driver Trainer and Assessor** who truly wants to make a difference in the industry. Someone who can not only train and assess but also mentor and inspire the next generation of professional drivers.

We are looking for Multiple Trainers. A Trainer in North Queensland and also Brisbane area and a warehouse trainer.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll be delivering and assessing training for the **TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations**, with a strong focus on:

- Load Restraint
- Fatigue Management
- Chain of Responsibility

You’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative team to support learners, engage employers, and uphold the highest standards in compliance and industry relevance. Travel throughout Queensland will be required — with all expenses covered and night away allowances.

**About You**

You’re a good human — the kind of trainer who genuinely wants to **lift standards** across the industry. You’re professional, reliable, and can speak from experience behind the wheel and in the classroom.

You’ll need:

- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Above**:

- Relevant industry experience in **driving operations (truck or bus)**:

- A strong understanding of **load restraint if in the truck space, fatigue management and CoR**:

- Current driver’s licence and Statement of Attainment for relevant heavy vehicle classes
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong time management and computer literacy
- A genuine desire to grow with a purpose-driven organisation

Pay: $80,165.64 - $150,197.18 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
