Pro-Active Health is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and personable Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Pro-Active Health is a leading allied health business providing evidence-based exercise, physical rehabilitation, and chronic disease management in clinical and gym-based settings. Our exceptional team includes Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietitians, State and Area Managers, and administration staff, serving clients Australia-wide. Our practitioners deliver a diverse range of services, including individual and group rehabilitation, NDIS support, WorkCover programs, Medicare chronic disease management and rehabilitation for defence force veterans (DVA).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work approximately 5-15 hours per week with a combination of remote work and in-office support. The applicant should feel comfortable working independently and unsupervised.

**Responsibilities**:
1. General Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.

2. Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

- Accurately input and maintain client records and documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems.

3. Client Support:

- Provide information to clients about our services.
- Receive and manage referrals and schedule appointments as necessary.

4. Other Administrative Tasks:

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible hours, approximately 5-15 hours per week.
- Combination of remote work and in-office support as needed.
