Our People Services Administrators play a critical role in our People team, primarily responsible for the timely and accurate advice and support for all people related queries for the business unit including HRIS support queries, People team service requests, policy and enterprise agreement related queries, and any other employee concerns. The role includes processing of HRIS (Workday) system activities including contracting, transfers, onboarding and offboarding processes. Our team always strives to achieve outstanding employee experience.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:

- Provide outstanding customer service telephone support to stakeholders to answer generalist HR queries and provide advice related to employment related matters.
- Promptly respond to and complete Workday workflow activities, always ensuring both an efficient workflow and the highest levels of data accuracy
- Creation and management of employee related documentation including contracts and letters, ensuring accuracy and correctness of content and in accordance with Bupa policies and protocols
- Investigate and resolve complaints and concerns a timely and effective manner
- Process requests for support via Service Now within agreed timeframes and appropriate and in line with key performance indicators
- Maintain a solid understanding of employment legislation, applicable industrial awards and Bupa HR policies and practices to ensure that support and guidance provided is accurate
- Ensure that requests for support that are to be directed to other areas of the people function are handed over promptly and with the agreed level of support information to ensure a seamless experience for stakeholders

**What do I need?**
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred and/or other similar HRIS systems)
- Experience with Service Now or similar online case management tools
- 1-2 years’ experience within an operational HR administrative function
- Qualifications in HR (Certificate IV or diploma or degree) and/or Business Administration, or similar is desirable
- Experience in Customer Service or phone-based support roles within HR preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Other interpersonal skills including strong organisational and time management skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, accurate data entry and high attention to details, problem solving and a solutions-oriented mindset.
