**About the opportunity**

We have an exciting 15-month maximum-term opportunity for a Property and Asset Officer to join Energy Safe's Finance Team within the Finance, Strategy and Risk Division.

**You will contribute by**:

- General administrative support with fleet management duties including:
- Arranging quotes for lease of fleet vehicles and delivery of new vehicles, including fitout requirements.
- Recording fleet vehicle information for FBT tracking purposes.
- Processing car parking fines and infringements promptly.
- Tracking vehicle mileage and arranging for vehicle swaps, where required for low and high mileage vehicles.
- Administering vehicle insurance claims and submit to insurer.
- Coordinating with drivers and repair teams to resolve any fleet-related issues promptly.
- Administering fuel cards, tolls and parking passes.
- Updating fleet management reports - lease and vehicle information, driver details, infringements, driver usage information.
- Collating information to assist the Property and Asset Lead in preparing Energy Safe's fleet vehicle annual budget.
- Administering purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
- General administrative support for building services requests including:
- Assisting staff with queries and advise on related processes.
- Attending to security, property and maintenance requirements for Energy Safe office and staff, covering:
- electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, cleaning requests, security passes, arranging access for trades people.
- administering purchase orders and review invoicing.
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures, where applicable.
- Other tasks as requested by the Property and Asset Lead.

**To be successful, you'll have**:

- Experience in similar role in providing administration support of fleet management and facilities.
- Strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and strong administrative skills such as filing and record keeping abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with mínimal supervision.
- Current driver's licence.
