We’re seeking a Business Analytics and Reporting Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights and driving performance reporting that adds real, lasting value across the business. Your leadership will empower a talented team of data and reporting experts and bring a unique opportunity to drive innovation, enhance financial performance, and support the enterprise’s long-term strategic goals.

**Your Role in Action**
- Lead a team of data and reporting experts to deliver holistic business performance reporting
- Deliver powerful financial and non-financial insights that guide strategic decisions and drive meaningful change.
- Harness the power of technology to spark innovation, streamline processes, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Present compelling financial and operational results that empower stakeholders to take confident, impactful action.
- Forge strong, collaborative relationships with the Tech and Innovation teams, ensuring we’re always aligned with best practices.
- Provide the insights and transparency that enable data-driven decision-making, propelling the business forward.
- Champion data integration and governance, nurturing a culture of innovation and data literacy within Finance and Revenue teams.
- Represent the finance unit in enterprise data governance discussions, ensuring finance-specific data needs are prioritised and integrated into the enterprise's data strategy.
- Lead the charge in driving process improvements, ensuring data quality and reliability through continuous, impactful monitoring.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Proven values-led leadership approach with a track record of engaging and influencing diverse teams in a matrix environment.
- Exceptional analytical, modelling, and research abilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Qlik (or similar BI tools); familiarity with SQL, Python, or other relevant languages is a plus.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge, negotiate, and influence outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to evaluate data in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large data environments, analytics platforms, ETL processes, and best practice data management tools.
- Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Commerce, or a related field.
