**About the Role**:
Provides technical expertise in the execution of workforce listening and advanced analytics programs.
- Runs and enhances BHP’s workforce listening strategy, including the Engagement and Perception Survey and other Qualtrics programs.
- Provides advanced workforce Analysis and insights to BHP leaders, including support for ELT and Board presentations.
- Develops and undertakes strategic workforce modelling and insights program in partnership with Strategic Workforce Planning teams.
- Develops and maintains the underpinning data and data infrastructure to support advanced people analytics.

**About You**:

- Advanced statistical analysis
- Working with Microsoft PowerBI / Spotfire programs.
- Coding with Python or R
- Survey & Research Design
- Advanced Data Science training
