**A bit about the role**

We are expanding our design function We are looking for a Product Designer to help us craft the next generation of digital customer experiences and Greenfield’s innovation products in our safety & risk and workforce logistics teams.

About you?
- You are all about designing great digital products and seamless customer experiences.
- You enjoy working on complex business and technology puzzles.
- You take a systems view of the world, always looking for new ways to deliver value to customers and your team.
- You love spending time talking to customers, immersing yourself in their world and uncovering novel end-user insights.
- You are at home synthesising the customer voice and crafting frictionless experiences that engage and delight.
- You are comfortable taking charge of all aspects of product design from customer research, product concept development, storyboarding & wireframing, UX/UI to product validation and testing.
- You champion the development of good design and are happy to muck in to get the job done.
- You are a curious questioner always seeking to understand and uncover hidden opportunities.
- You are a collaboration master and thrive working in and across diverse teams.
- You are passionate about design and continuously look for opportunities to develop your own practice and support others on their design journey.

Salary Range - $120k - $130k depending on experience
