**A little about the role**

We are seeking a talented Product Designer based in Perth, with the option to remote work, to join our dynamic Design team. This role will collaborate closely with our Perth-based team, offering a salary of $80,000 for a Permanent Full-Time position.

As the Product Designer you will be responsible for:

- Leading the end-to-end design process for your team from discovery through to delivery.
- Facilitate the creation of new product features and innovations through design-led ideation and prototyping approaches.
- Translation of customer insights into world-class customer experiences through the creation of visual designs, storyboards and product wireframes.
- Creation of elegant, visually intuitive and user-friendly product designs that simplify complexity and tie together visual branding guidelines and product functionality.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams as a representative for Design, recommending best practice to ensure holistic and consistent design solutions.

**A little about you**

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us craft the next generation of digital customer experiences and products at INX Software.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

- 5+ years’ experience as a Designer.
- Relevant tertiary education or work experience in a UX-related field or substantial relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated capability in customer research and discovery techniques, product design, interaction design, design validation, and visual and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Domain Driven Design development principles and proficient use of design tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams.
- Skills in developing positive and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
