**The Role**
Bielby is experiencing a period of sustained growth and as a result are seeking a **Supervisor** to report to the Site Superintendent, driving excellence in:
directly lead and oversee site teams in completing a Bielby DTMR construction project. You will know what needs to be done and find ways to make it happen. Using project plans, designs and other instructions given by the Site Superintendent, you will supervise the team to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of design, quality, safety, and budget.
**About You**
- Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry
- Previous Supervisor experience on road infrastructure projects (DTMR preferred)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or above is highly desirable
- White card trained/inducted
- Work Health and Safety Advisor (or equivalent) or above, is preferred
- Traffic Management Implementation (formerly L2 Traffic Management) is favourable
- First Aid
- Pre-employment Medical
