***About the Role - Make a Real Difference Every Day**

***We’re looking for a passionate**Practice Supervisor** to join our team and provide practice direction and support to team members in the Intensive Family Support (IFS) Program.**

***In this role, you’ll provide practice support to team members regarding child protection risk, engaging with hard-to-reach families, and the implementation of a case management service to families.**

***:

- **Level 6 SCHCADS Award.**:

- **Salary range: $106,390 - $111,093 (pro-rata) + Superannuation.**:

- **Part time (0.8FTE) position until 27 July 2026.**

***What You’ll Be Doing**

***:

- **Upskill and support IFS practitioners to deliver high quality client outcomes.**:

- **Oversee the development and completion of assessments and case plans by the lead practitioner.**:

- **Facilitate client case consultations, giving directions about risk, safety, and practice interventions.**:

- **Provide individual and group learning development opportunities, through varied supervision.**

***What You’ll Bring**

***:

- **A**degree** in social work, allied health, human services, or a related field**:

- **At least five (5) years’ experience working with children and families, preferably with time spent working within a trauma-informed framework.**:

- **Relevant experience supervising staff in similar role.**:

- **Clinical and therapeutic understanding of the impacts of trauma on child and family functioning.**

- **A current**Working with Children Check** (or eligible for professional exemption).**:

- **A**valid driver’s licence**.**:
