**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Retail Team Member based at St Marys. This position involves working as part of our collaborative store team reporting to the Store Manager.

**This is a casual opportunity working approximately 20hrs per week with a requirement to increased hours during busy periods and provide support on alternate weekends.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Over the counter and telephone (inbound) sales
- Supporting and resolving customer queries and issues
- Store merchandising, stock control, inventory and purchasing support
- Cash balancing
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in Sales or Retail with proven Selling skills preferred
- Willingness to be forklift trained
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous and able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst Selling experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that sets you apart
