JOB DUTIES:
As a Luggage Trolley Agent, you'd play a vital role in a busy airport operation. Your focus would be on delivering a seamless, safe and efficient service to the many domestic and international customers passing through the terminals each day. Collecting trolleys ensuring they are returned to their stations etc.
- Providing a first and last impression for airport visitors
- Being a point of contact for customers and assist with enquiries, directions and general information
- Collecting trolleys ensuring they are returned to their stations
- Being pro-actively involved in the landside operations keeping up-to-date with any events happening in and around the airport precinct.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

- Be focused on delivering exceptional and safe service at all times;
- Flexible and available to do shift work;
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Able to prioritise tasks and good time management skills
- Well-groomed and immaculate presentation
- Have strong personal skills and can be an effective team player
- Can-do attitude in order to succeed in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical for physical/drug/alcohol
- Must have a current valid driver Licence of minimum P and above
- Must be Australian citizen or permanent residents or NZ citizen due to ASIC Pass requirements

.Must be fully vaccinated include COVID-19 booster

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
