**We are seeking an Entry Level Assistant Property Manager**

**Qualifications & experience**
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Entry-Level Role
- MUST have an Agent's Representative Certificate/Certificate of Property Services
- MUST have a valid Driver's Licence and Current Police Check
- Show initiative, be a forward thinker and have the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to contribute, learn and listen
- Willingness to respect & adhere to business policies and procedures
- Excellent Presentation
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Learning to keep all stakeholders satisfied by keeping vacancy rates low (with support) and attending to maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Staying on top of regular and systematic inspections
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with various regulations
- Supporting the senior team to make sure rent is aligned with market rates and leases are renewed
- Be a team player who can assist and cover when called upon
- Report articulately to your team leader

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (required)
- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Real Estate Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
