**The Role**

As our portfolio of projects continues to diversify, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Construction Planner to enhance our construction planning processes across our new business and live commercial projects.

Key focuses of the role include:

- Develop innovative construction methodologies to create program efficiencies and bid winning strategies
- Accurate preparation of construction programs, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion
- Monthly program statusing and provide updates to keep our teams well-informed
- Review project resourcing, sequencing and trends, offering insightful advice that guide our projects towards success
- Analyse design documentation to develop optimal and alternative construction methodologies and programs
- Challenge program proposals to maximise efficiencies and enhance project outcomes
- Stay ahead of market influences and trends to remain innovative and guarantee project excellence

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner with expertise in commercial construction planning and programming.

To be considered for the role, you will bring:

- Expert knowledge of commercial construction techniques, sequencing and productivity requirements
- Proficiency in design, construction and delivery process of commercial construction projects
- High competence in programming software including MS Project, Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject
- Understanding of network task analysis and critical path methods
- Effective team player and leadership capabilities to take lead on programs and planning
- Excellent analytical skills with strong commercial acumen
