Teacher - Primary - Languages (Spanish) - Ithaca

**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Leadership in the development, deployment and management of human and financial resources to support student engagement, success and realisation of their individual potential
- Modelling, supporting and coaching for the development of high impact inclusive teaching and learning for teachers and support staff
- Demonstrated responsiveness and high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member and coordinate, support and follow up with key stake holders
- Liaising and coordinating with school leadership team to ensure effective engagement of inclusive school practices at a whole of school, cohort and individual level
- Displaying sensitivity, confidentiality, and reliability to students and their family's individual needs and educational journeys
- Management and engagement of departmental expectations, quality assuring the documentation of policy and processes
- Assisting students, parents and staff with inclusion support and successful engagement with differentiation
- Assisting in classrooms with student needs including working in small groups as well as with individual students
