We are now seeking a vibrant and experienced **Venue Manager** to lead the charge both front and back of house in our iconic Geelong home. This is a rare opportunity to play a critical part in the business and make a tangible impact. Even more, you will enjoy a culture focused on personal development, sociability, and wellbeing.
Little Creatures Geelong is currently going through a revamp, so now is an exciting time to get involved. You will have ownership in shaping not the current offering, but the future play, putting your own stamp on growing and developing the Little Creatures Geelong site to the next stage.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager this hands-on role will see you have full day to day accountability for the venue operations, bringing a sense of creativity & flair whilst inspiring your team by leading from the front. It is a given that you will have a passion for beer & food as well as have exceptional in-depth knowledge of current and future hospitality trends.
**As a leader at Little Creatures, we would love to see**:
- Experience leading large teams (both front and back of house) engaging them in a compelling vision for their venue.
- The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume, multi-site environment.
- Solid business acumen to manage and monitor financial budgets, cost of goods, labour costs, and other expenses.
- Strong financial acumen including driving revenue, forecasting, and budgeting to a set of KPI’s.
- The ability to think creatively, with fresh ideas and engagement.
- Be accredited to be the Nominee on the License or willing to do New Entrant Training.
