**Forefun** is Geelong’s premier mini golf cocktail bar, blending themed golf holes, handcrafted cocktails, and vibrant music into an unforgettable experience. We're seeking a capable and energetic **General Manager** to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily venue operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
- Lead and support front-of-house, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor venue performance, addressing issues promptly to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement operational strategies and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $42.00 - $45.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
