**The Company**
Join a global leader in Information Technology. Our client's goal is to help their customers gain a competitive advantage by digitizing their own businesses. With nearly 40 years of experience in their industry; you would be joining and collaborating with their well-established and dynamic APAC team, working out of the Sydney office with work-from-home flexibility.

**The Role**
As a Billings Coordinator your duties will include:

- Order and data entry for all sales
- Assisting with data entry of sales contract
- Invoicing and updating invoices
- Assisting with pricing and pricing updates
- Ad hoc administration as required
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (flexibility if required)
- **Location**: Sydney CBD - beautiful offices with work from home
- **Contract** - 9 months

**You**:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- **Experience in a billing role or an accounts role with billing exposure high regards**:

- Contracts experience or exposure to sales contracts desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong data entry or order entry experience
- Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
- A service driven approach to dealing with internal & external stakeholders
