We are looking for someone who is **highly analytical** and **data-driven**with a keen interest in **driving** **customer engagement and retention**through delivering personalized, targeted experiences.

**What you will be doing**
- Support the evolution of the **Strand+ loyalty** program, identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyse customer lifecycle data to enhance experiences and identify actionable insights.
- Assist in managing CRM database hygiene, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Help optimize omnichannel customer journeys across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Report on CRM channel performance and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Assist with data integrations for journeys, product feeds, and behavioral data.
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of loyalty campaigns and customer surveys.
- Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.

**Who are you?**
- **2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.**:

- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Strong commercial awareness
- An understanding of audience segmentation and how to target customers effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proactive, data-driven, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
