About us: We’re a leading distributor of Korean cosmetics, bringing over 300 of the hottest K-Beauty brands to Australia From B2B to B2C and eCommerce, we’re all about making the best in skincare and beauty accessible to everyone.

we’re looking for a passionate and motivated team member to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a fun, supportive, and dynamic environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Website daily update;
- Assist in managing product listings and keeping our website up to date with fresh content.
- Help create engaging banners, promotions, and product pages.
- Run website audits to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Marketing & Social Media:

- Help create and schedule social media posts that reflect our brand’s personality.
- Engage with customers by responding to inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
- Brainstorm and implement strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analytics & Promotions
- Track website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
- Generate reports to help improve our marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning promotions, discounts, and special offers in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Handle administrative tasks to keep the e-commerce and marketing teams running smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
A keen eye for detail and great communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus points for graphic design skills).
A quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Korean language skills (speaking & writing) are a plus

Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
