B&K Revegetation & Landscaping is a Commercial landscaping company, specialising in large scale landscape and revegetation projects in NSW.

We have an opportunity available for a part-time experienced WHSEQ Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be required to work approximately 24 hours a week and days/times are flexible.

Supporting the WHSEQ Manager and working closely with our Project Managers and site teams you will be required to assist in the maintenance and administration of the company’s WHSEQ system and ISO Certification.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Company to ensure compliance is maintained for all Safety, Environment and Quality systems, and relevant government legislation
- Administration of WHSEQ documentation
- Assisting the Project Managers with the implementation of safety documentation (including Plant and Equipment onboarding and staff inductions)
- Carry out Health and Safety Inspections
- Conduct internal audits
- Continually review and update SEWMS across the sites
- Ensure that WHSE work procedures/SEWMS are being followed on site
- Ensure that site Safety activities are being undertaken (i.e., daily pre starts, risk assessments, toolbox talks)
- Maintain, review and update Safety Induction software
- Arrange safety training for staff
- Undertake project risk assessments
- Review of WHSE reports and inspections
- Conduct incident investigations
- Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally sound manner

You will be required to have;
- Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety
- Minimum 3-4 years relevant industry experience
- Thorough understanding of WHSE legislation and statutory and regulatory requirements
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience communicating effectively with work teams

Salary negotiable depending on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- WHS: 5 years (preferred)
