As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring strategic properties for our clients national asset portfolio. Our client is a prominent brand with a portfolio of 1000's of sites. If you have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in Industrial, Commercial, Retail or project development we want to hear from you

**About the role**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets, collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility and financial viability of acquisitions, and execute property purchase and lease agreements.
- Perform due diligence on potential properties, including site visits and assessments, develop relationships with property owners and agents to source new opportunities, and provide expert advice on real estate matters.
- Monitor and manage the property portfolio, including lease renewals and maintenance, stay updated with industry regulations and trends, and provide recommendations for strategic adjustments.

**What are we looking?**
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or **property economics (preferred)**:

- Experience in property acquisitions, real estate management, or strategic portfolio management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
