**What you’ll be doing**

**Due to the nature of the work and our clients, you must be an Australian Citizen and located within Australia for this role. The role can be performed from anywhere within Australia, however there may be the requirement for client site work and some travel from time to time.**

We are seeking experienced
**ERP Property & Rating Consultants** preferably with expertise in Open Office or IT Vision although this is not essential as full product training will be provided so if you have experience with other major ERP’s such as Civica, TechnologyOne, Infor etc we encourage you to apply. A solid understanding of local government operations would be preferred, so if you have held senior Finance roles in Local Government, we would encourage you to apply.

As Property & Ratings Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP systems and processes within local government organisations, specifically focusing on property management and rating modules.

Your role will involve analysing business requirements, configuring software solutions, providing training and support to end-users, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation the software.

**What your day might look life**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific property management and rating requirements, business processes, and goals.
- Configure and customise the ERP software, primarily focusing on the property management and rating modules, to align with client needs.
- Conduct thorough system assessments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and develop strategies for effective software utilisation.
- Provide guidance and consultation to clients on the best practices for property and rating processes within local government frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop & deliver training sessions and workshops for clients to educate end-users on system functionality, features, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving software-related challenges in a timely manner.
