E-commerce Trading Specialist

A exciting role has become available for a Ecommerce Trading Specialist to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

You will be managing the day to day trading activity on the White Fox sites globally while leading a team. Reporting to our Director's, this role is responsible for the trading activity on each White Fox website which includes Australia and USA with further international and device expansions planned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will have a strong understanding of the trading performance of each website (banner clicks, traffic behaviour, conversion triggers etc) and feed this into the key directional and trade meetings to use as a basis to make decisions.
- Monitor the websites for operational issues and troubleshoot
- Drive and optimise customer journey across multiple regions - using data to identify trends and customer behaviour patterns to increase traffic, conversion and AOV.
- Develop great relationships cross functionally, including Buying, Merchandising and Marketing, to deliver a strong trading plan
- You will be responsible for the execution of the activity plan across desktop, tablet, mobile devices to gain maximum visitor attention and drive sales and margin, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.
- Using web analytics tools to monitor performance of all the key metrics and make recommendations for change and feed this back to other managers, Head of Department and Directors as appropriate.
- Key responsibilities include merchandising all products to maximise sales and cross-sell/up-sell and site aesthetics, within brand guidelines.
- Creating new categories on the website and populating with styles
- You will manage all onsite content and make sure the sites are aligned with SEO best practices
- You will be responsible for full site audits, ensuring all current stock is displayed online correctly.
- You will conduct regular competitor activity reviews across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment.
- You will review onsite search behaviour to gain an understanding of keyword queries and manipulate the products within the search pages to drive conversion.
- Develop testing roadmap and user testing for UX/CRO. You will monitor AB tests and analyse results and present findings.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that user experience is optimum at all times working with external & internal resources.
- Develop and drive the ecommerce strategy, ensuring best practice to increase customer engagement and conversion
- Contribute to the CRM roadmap for existing customers that optimise their lifetime value.
- Assist with creating and documentation of new processes and workflows

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification & minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing large ecommerce platforms, with proven sales growth results
- Experience using a customer data platform desirable
- Experience with leading merchandising tools
- HTML, CSS and basic coding technical skills
- Knowledge of SEO, website optimisation, data mining and security
- Knowledge of buying, merchandising and range planning processes
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
