We're on the look out for a FULL-TIME Shire Rewards | Shire Talk account manager with a strong marketing background and local knowledge of the Shire.

Duties include:

- Checking in with Shire Rewards rewards partners regularly (digitally and in person)
- Building long-term relationships
- Trouble shooting their app and tech issues
- Help with education and ongoing training (app | CRM | systems)
- Working closely with our agency team to deliver effective marketing strategies
- Identifying gaps in their systems and process
- Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
- Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
- Reporting to sales managers as required.
- Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.

All local work in the Sutherland Shire, flexible work hours. (We don't work 9-5)

Must have:

- Strong communication skills | great with people
- Strong Time Management
- Previous local marketing experience preferred| or similar role
- Be willing to learn and evolve in the role
- Experience with customer loyalty a bonus
- Works well in a team and able to follow systems and processes
- Can travel locally regularly in the Sutherland Shire if required.
- Drivers license and Car required

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
