**Overview**

This newly formed role will play a key part in shaping and guiding the business across both risk and compliance matters related to the superannuation stream. You will be a trusted advisor to the product and platforms teams in the business as well as providing SME advice and oversight across product design and distribution. You will also be across the customer and distribution components of the superannuation business.

It's a senior strategic focused role working alongside the CRO reporting to the Board and Committees. The business has undergone a huge period of transformation so its an exciting time to join and put your stamp on how risk is being managed.

**Desired experience**
- Extensive experience in risk and compliance advisory
- Deep understanding of superannuation products
- Line 2 experience in advising on Product Design and Distribution regulatory requirements and expectations for superannuation Product and Platforms businesses.
- Proven ability to work with senior executives and Boards.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across multiple functions
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic capability
- Ability to work in a very agile, fast paced company.
